1. Eligibility
•    Transportation services are available only to students who have completed the registration process.
•    Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate contact information and emergency details.
•    Any changes in address or contact information must be communicated immediately to the transportation office.

2. Student Conduct
•    Students must be ready at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.
•    Seat belts must be worn at all times during the journey.
•    Students must behave respectfully toward the driver and fellow passengers.
•    Eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, or causing disturbances inside the vehicle is prohibited.
•    Any intentional damage to the vehicle will be the responsibility of the student's parent or guardian.

3. Safety Regulations
•    Drivers will follow all traffic laws and school transportation safety regulations.
•    Students will only be dropped off and picked up at approved locations.
•    Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring younger students are received at the designated drop-off location when required.
•    The transportation provider reserves the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.

4. Attendance and Schedule Changes
•    Parents should notify the transportation office in advance if a student will not require transportation on a particular day.
•    Requests for permanent route or pickup changes must be submitted in writing and approved before implementation.

5. Payment Policy
The transportation fee shall be paid in two settlements as follows:

First Settlement
•    The first payment is due immediately upon registration.
•    Payment must be made through OMT (Online Money Transfer).
•    Registration is considered complete only after the first payment has been received and confirmed.

Second Settlement
•    The remaining balance is due no later than January 2027.
•    Payment may also be made through OMT using the payment reference provided by the transportation office.
•    Failure to complete the second payment by the due date may result in the suspension of transportation services until the outstanding balance is settled.

6. Cancellation and Refunds
•    Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.
•    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the transportation provider's refund policy.
•    Administrative fees may apply.

7. Non-Payment
•    Failure to comply with the payment schedule may lead to suspension or cancellation of transportation services.
•    Outstanding balances must be paid before transportation services are reinstated.

8. Acceptance
By registering for the transportation service and making the first payment, parents or legal guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
